In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room and bedroom with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.
