new house (end of 2023) fully air-conditioned with terrace. very quiet with sea view for 4 people, 10 minutes' drive from the sea and 5 minutes from the start of the most beautiful hikes in Cap Corse. Exceptional, beachfront house, waterfront, full of charm, large garden with umbrella pines, unique location on the bay of St. Florent, 1 km from the village of Saint-Florent. A gem for a magical vacation Deckchairs and umbrellas on the beach. Pontoon for docking by boat. The house consists of a kitchen open to an air-conditioned living room, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 of which are air-conditioned, as well as an independent studio on the non-air-conditioned upper floor.

Independent studio with garden

Located in a hamlet in the heart of Cap Corse, the studio enjoys a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain and the sea. Comfortable and peaceful, this outbuilding has been renovated in stone and wood, and gives access to the garden that we gladly share with our hosts! We are farmers in the municipality: Vegetables, jams and saffron of our production available in the adjoining shop. NB: There is no electric vehicle kiosk in our village.
