Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The sandy beach right below the house is equally appealing in summer, with a bathing jetty and beach bar, and in winter, for lovely walks. Multiple seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transport links about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden cycle route runs along this road.

The house is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, paddle tennis court, swimming area and playground. In the house, there are 4 beds distributed in 2 larger bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All beds were purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower.
