Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Create lifelong memories in this unique and family-friendly place. We rent an apartment on the 1st floor in our idyllic Sørland house from 1894. The apartment was renovated in 2022 with new windows and a new kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. The tenant has his/her own patio and has access to the jetty and the possibility to borrow a rowboat. There are 2 parking spaces on the plot. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves and want adult tenants. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 250 per person

Large terrace of about 75 m2 About 20 mins. to Arendal city center by car or hydrofoil. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set The cleaning is not included in the rent. Supplement for cleaning is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean himself.

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

The cabin has been newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, a new veranda, an awning, a Weber barbecue, a fire pit and an outdoor fireplace. Sleeps up to 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature
