The home met expectations. Apartamento clean, cozy and very well located. The building has an excellent and easily located structure, right next to the mall and places to eat for all tastes and values. Rodrigo was attentive and answered all questions quickly during the stay. Clean sheets and towels and a small but equipped kitchen with the minimum necessary. I really enjoyed it!

Everything was great! Gleicy gave us a detail guide before we arrive. The moment we stepped out of the uber, the doorman came around with his big cart and start loading our bags... We were like, oppss is this a hotel or an airbnb!? did we stopped at the wrong place?? So i quickly took out my booking and showed the doorman, he smiled and said, welcome!! That was a great first impression. And everything after that by was smooth and lovely. We stayed a week, during middle of the stay, we faced some internet interruption, and i was in the middle of a meeting, i quickly looked for our host while turning on my cell roaming. They responded quickly and even shared an alternate backup wifi for me to continue with my work!! That was really impressive! All and all, for the price and room quality, i wish i could have stayed longer.... Once again thank you for having us, it's a great week!!

The stay was great. Apto as described on the listing. He served well throughout the period. It has all the necessary items for a stay of a few days up to more than 1 month, which was the case. I hope to host again at other times.

Great accommodation. The apt is fully complete, great bedding, perfect bedding and towels. Full kitchen utensils. The place has a grocery store with meals with a very fair price. Great leisure area as well. A place I would stay again. The friendly and attentive extremist host.

Very welcoming and attentive hosts, quick to answer. For me, a very important point, besides the service, was the private garage. Everything went very well, according to the descriptions posted. The items were as published. The place very neatly tidy. They fully met my expectations.

The space was exactly as in the pictures, clean and organized. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a good stay of a few days/a few weeks, differential for the water filter on the tap, which makes life easier and not always the spaces provide. Underneath the hotel where the room is located has good coffee/restaurant options, with a market. Our Host is available and kind when I need to reach out.

It was 38 days of stay and we felt at home! Tiago was always very attentive, kind, and worried about whether we were well accommodated. Flat is very cozy and has everything we needed for the season to be quiet. I recommend the Tiago flat to those looking for a good accommodation, in a super pleasant condominium in BSB.

Great and spacious apartment. The 24-hour gatehouse made it easy for us to check in. The view to k lake is beautiful! And the 24-hour convenience was excellent!!
