Access by speedboat, boat, car or app. It has a steam room, a private pool heated to 28°C, a hot tub and a fire pit. Exclusive view. The toilet is in an external compartment, accessed by stairs. Shower, indoor sink, air conditioning, minibar, wine cellar, cooktop, oven and grill. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility or children under 12 years of age.
