Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. Most importantly, we saved a free parking spot just in front of the apartment so your holiday can be totally worry-free.

Casa Carolina Brasov - Charming city centre house

This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.
 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.

Our apartment is situated on the main pedestrian street (Republicii), right in the heart of the Old Town Square. All main attractions are within walking distance: Black Church (3 min), Strada Sforii (5 min) and the Black and White Towers. Located on the first floor of a 19th-century old merchant building, the apartment provides a comfortable blend between the old town character and comfortable and central accommodation.
