Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Open floor plan for kitchen and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms, including double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and a double bed in the upstairs loft. The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎

Branäs/Långberget Granstugevägen 24

Old manor house that has been moved to Långberget with an extension. The house has a high cozy factor close to nature and hiking trails. In winter, it is very close to ski trails and a waxing shed. There are most of the amenities you could wish for. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. You bring your own sheets and towels and consumables. You clean up after yourself and leave the cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived. Welcome
