Townhome holiday rentals in Brazos River

Lovely spacious townhouse with a very convenient location near many museums and park. The place feels very large. The decor is a bit odd --with paintings etc. in duplicate-- but overall the place is functional and would be suitable for a group.

Blake was a great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

I almost don't want to rate our stay because we want to stay here anytime we are on the coast. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good and fishing was decent. We happened to catch a week of 85degree highs and 75 lows. pay the $2 toll to find open beaches. The closest beach goers were 100 yards or more away from us. Most of other units are permanent residents and extremely friendly. Watermans restaurant across the street, catch live mullet in ditch next to complex for free bait. they provide kayaks, crabs traps. so many extras i cant recommend this place enough. A small alligator came around when I dumped left over bait from crab traps. I luckily wasn't close enough to try to wrewrestle it. Another gator came to say hello when I was fishing close to golf course. They are small but be vigilant with small kids or pets.

Vic was very informative about the house and the area. He is a very responsive host. The house was great. Had no issues at all.

Townhouse was beautiful, clean, well stocked. Even a little note with a beverage surprise in the fridge. The host go above & beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. We loved it. Perfect for the bride, bridesmaids, and mothers to have hair and makeup done. It was perfect for our magical weekend!

This was our first time visiting Texas. We’re a family of four with two kids and a small dog, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The townhouse in Allen was beautiful — super clean, modern, and located in a safe, quiet, and gorgeous neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, and being pet-friendly was a huge bonus for us. The contactless check-in made everything really easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this Airbnb. It is in a great location and is beautifully furnished/well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the place is fully stocked with everything you need including coffee, tea, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, sheets etc. The host is very responsive and communicates well.

This 2 Bedroom Townhome was cozy and perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults, child, and dog). No hidden fee for pets like another tried to do. I like the price up front no hidden fees. So I loved Chris’s place for that. I am saving this one & will totally book again, as it was about a 17min drive to Six Flags and had a MdDonalds, Subway, Dominoes, and other restaurants and shops in close proximity - VERY convenient. There’s plenty of cleaning supplies and there’s a washer and dryer which is sooo useful to carry less clothes and just rewash the loads. There’s silverware, topperware, etc. 👍🏼 They do have a pool BUT children are not allowed. So that was a small bummer but it didn’t matter because we didn’t come for the pool & it’s fall lol The home’s floors were a tad bit dusty, BUT it didn’t bother us because it was overall clean, clutter free, organized, and cozy! I promise. Also, because we’re not a picky lot. I rate it a 5 star stay. It was perfect for us. 😊👍🏼

Lauren’s place was just as described. It was also in a great location. It was close to so many restaurants, close to the stadium every place I needed to go was not a far distance. The place itself was a beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 and a half bathrooms. Lauren was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations for places to go and eat. I would definitely be back.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Super safe and quiet surroundings. The best part was how clean it is. We will definitely go back there if we visit the area again.

Our out of town guests had a great stay. The townhouse was well equipped, clean, comfortable and close to lots of restaurants. The WiFi worked well, easy check in and check out. Would rebook this place again. Thank you Thuy for providing a nice place for our guests.

Perfect for our needs. Clean and quiet. Plenty of space for 3-4 people. 20 min walk to convention center, 15 mins to baseball and a stone's throw away from the soccer stadium. Great breakfast/coffee shop across the street.

Angela was an amazing host. She was very kind and helpful. We couldn’t figure out the washer later in the evening and she was quick to respond and come over to check it out for us. Anytime I messaged her there was a quick response and our questions were always answered. We would love to stay here again. 😊

Very nice place for 3 couples and a bsby. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great! Very spacious layout with plenty of seating and comfortable chairs, loungers, and couch. Very clean. Plenty of parking in garage, driveway, and out front. We really enjoyed our stay as staging point for our daughter’s wedding.
