Cozy 2-room, 3-star ⭐️ with a great view of the sea and the Rock of Monaco. Free parking. Beach access (10-min walk). The apartment is equipped with : Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, Nespresso, dishwasher, stove, oven, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable 160 x 200 bed. In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. Close to amenities (Monaco and France bus, supermarket, hospital...).

Located in the very pleasant port and antique district, very trendy and decorated with many bars & restaurants. With its large sunny terrace facing the sea and the port, this typically quiet Niçoise apartment will surely charm you. A stone's throw from the castle hill (and its beautiful view of the Bay of Angels), beaches, Old Nice and the flower market Direct access by tram 2 (Port Lympia terminus) from the airport or tram 1 from the train station (Garibaldi).

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.
