Your own little mountain retreat at the very top of the house: a glazed south-facing balcony, mountain views, and the Nebelhorn cable car is a five-minute walk away. On the top floor, for one person. A 90 cm wall bed disappears into the wall during the day, freeing up the room. Private bathroom with toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishes, but no hob or oven. A streaming TV; the Wi-Fi is suitable for home office use. A parking space in front of the house is included.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten, you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, and a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Best suited for 2 people or a family with small children. Super accessible by car and public transport: the bus stop is within sight, a private parking lot in front of the house entrance. The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away.
