The house is built in solid wood that gives a warm atmosphere. There is an open space with bathroom and loft/bedroom. The house is part of a courtyard with a screened patio.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Old Bergenhouse from 1881, 15min walking to the harbour and Bryggen and the town. Our main apartment is 63 sqm. It has one bedroom, with a double bed.(160cm) There is a sofa-bed in the living-room (80/160cm). Best suitable for a couple, 1-2 persons can sleep on the sofabed in the livingroom. Great apartment of 60 m2. It is 15 minutes to downtown Bergen and 10 minutes to the airport by car. Good bus connections to the city center, 800 meters away. You can definitely get around by public transport, however, a rental car will normally be preferable. The apartment has a living room with a double sofabed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, private entrance, parking lot and a private terrace with a fantastic sea view and evening sun.
