A 15-minute walk to the city center, and 5 minutes to the shops, it offers the advantage of being in a quiet and green residential area, facing a wooded park. Its covered terrace sheltered from all weather and the enclosed garden are a real plus for young and old. Simply decorated and comfortable, the house is conducive to relaxation. It is adjoining on both sides, and the neighbors are quiet families.

It's hard to get more central and it's hard to get greener in the city centre! Nestled, alone, in the backyard of a small building, this beautiful, fully open-plan studio has a location that could not be more accessible. You will be able to stay in one of the oldest farms in Landeda. It is located close to the beaches (10 min walk), the village is a 5 min walk away with all amenities. Aber Wrach port is a 5-minute drive away. The bravest will of course be able to walk there. Restaurants, bars, small shops and water activities are grouped together. For your evenings we provide you with: board games as well as a retro projector with Netflix and Prime.
