Archipelago feeling 30 minutes from the city

You live in a house where the upper floor of 50 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, toilet and shower room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the little extras for those who like to cook. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement which you reach via a floor hatch and narrow stairs. A terrace of approx. 35 m2 surrounds the house, there is a pavilion with outdoor furniture and a gas grill available during the summer. The house is located on a 2800 m2 natural plot. To the southeast it borders the Sandholmarna nature reserve and the other sides border Dyviksvägen and Örigenhamnsvägen.

Spacious house with pool (heated from June to August), wood-fired sauna and hot tub, conservatory and lake view. The lake below the house has lovely cliffs and a diving board. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Small house with four beds, 19-square-metre stargazing tent with five beds. Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking. There is no difference in price whether you stay overnight or not. Charcoal barbecue. Bus 428 takes 30 minutes to Stockholm

Modern house in the middle of nature

Guest house of 30 square meters in a high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely swimming in both the sea and lake. On the peninsula, there are several nature reserves where forests and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence make this a very relaxing place. Stockholm can be reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 minutes. On the front, there is a balcony and garden that provides privacy from the main building. On the back is a newly-built terrace overlooking the forest.

Between the sea and the lake in Ällmora

Peaceful cottage with lake view near nature reserve, hiking and swimming. Bus 100 meters. Badsjö 200 meters. Beach (Baltic Sea) 250 meters. 1 hour by bus from Gullmarsplan, 30 minutes by car. Restaurant in Trinntorp 3 km, where there is also a boat to the archipelago. Tyresö-Brevik is known for its hilly nature with high mountain ridges and valleys with primeval forest. Hike to the lookout tower on Telegrafberget and see the archipelago. Visit Tyresö Castle, which has guided tours. The Klövberg Caves are exciting for both adults and children.

Villa with fantastic sea plot

Archipelago villa with sea plot and fantastic sea view over Erstaviken. The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house is close to Stockholm by car, Tyresö Castle is within walking distance and by boat you can quickly get to Saltsjöbaden and Dalarö. Let me know if you have any questions

The Purple House in Brevik

The house is situated on our property. There is private parking and a small veranda with a table and chairs in summer. Sleeping loft (may be cramped for two adults) and a sofa bed for two people. Extra mattresses are available. Table with space for 4 people. With its proximity to forest, lake and sea, this little house is a perfect base for hiking, cycling, climbing and paddling.
