The village of Châtillon-Coligny has been awarded the "Remarkable Heritage" label. Accessible by car or train (1 hour 10 minutes from Bercy-Nogent-sur-Vernisson train station +10 minutes by car)

All on a large plot with a view of the forest. Small sheltered area with armchairs, swings, a brazier and a barbecue (there is a spa in the area that cannot be used). There is a pretty little pond nearby.

Pets not allowed because ours are already present on site.

120 m² house with living room on the ground floor - dining room, open kitchen. Two bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bed of 180 cm possibility to separate them into 2 beds of 90 cm), bathroom as well as a shower room. Separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), toilet on the landing. Baby bed and high chair available. Outside large garden with barbecue, garden furniture and ping pong table.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely little outbuilding next to the Briare Canal, and close to the Venice of Gâtinais (Montargis) and about 1 hour from Paris. This small house is in a closed courtyard at the end of our property, you can access it and settle in peace. Dogs are welcome (we have 1).
