This two-bedroom, one-bath *second story* loft style living space is perfect for your stay in Eau Claire. Boasting a washer and dryer, full kitchen, keyless entry, many windows and comfortable furniture – you will feel right at home in this cozy and functional space. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from downtown and UW-Eau Claire. This area offers many options for dining, the arts and shopping.
