You can discover the beautiful lake region, the port of Dienville 2 minutes from the house with its water activities and restaurants, the Orient Forest, the beautiful city of Troyes and the Nigloland amusement park located 15 minutes away.

The house is located a few hundred meters from the town center. It is spacious, old-style, with rustic furniture. Free parking is available in front of the house. Nearby are the Lakes (Lake Dienville, Lake Der, Lake Mesnil St Père) and its beaches, the Lakes bike path (42 km path), the Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, the Joa Lac du Der casino in Giffaumont, and the circuit of half-timbered churches.

Charming village house, completely renovated. We wanted to preserve the soul and authentic charm of this house by combining it with all modern comforts. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Family accommodation, close to all amenities. Completely renovated townhouse. Bright and comfortable. For 4 to 6 people. Great for families. Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second a double bed (convertible into two single beds) and a trundle bed offering two single beds. A bathroom and an independent toilet. On the ground floor: a large living room with a sofa bed for two extra beds. A fully equipped kitchen and a second toilet.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Le Moulin de La Font (Lac Amance - Nigloland)

Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. We offer a gîte in our farmhouse, located near the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient (5 min walk from Lake Dienville) and 20 minutes from Nigloland! You will enjoy a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature.
