Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. Detached holiday cottage accommodation sleeps two, established 2003, SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNTED CAR FERRY FEES AVAILABLE. In the beautiful quiet west wight ,AONB, village of Brighstone is at bottom of downs, close to beaches, furnished to a high standard with Free WiFi 40+mb, cleaned by us, unfortunately we are allergic to fur and feather so no pets. Our only property is detached with own shaded drive with garden, secluded by hedges, secure bike rack. Pub and shops in village easy walking distance.

Yafford Mill Barn is nestled within the beautiful countryside of the South West of the Island. Much of this beautiful coastal region is protected by the National Trust and is a wonderful walking area with both downland and woodland trails as well as coastal paths with dramatic views. The nearby village of Shorwell has a Public House and Village Shop and the larger village of Brighstone (3 min drive) is a picturesque spot with thatched cottages, a Public House, General Stores & a small museum.

Pretty cottage in lovely area near south coast
WARM, COMFORTABLE, AMAZING LOCATION A super-cosy, rural getaway with an unbelievable view, set in the grounds of a medieval manor but feels private. Perfect for a family, a couple, friends. Looks out onto a lake and the downs. 10 mins to the coast, within 30 mins to anywhere on the island - village pubs, seaside towns, foodie restaurants, beaches, adventure parks, castles, cliff-top walks. An incredibly peaceful and restorative haven for 2 to 4 people. A very tranquil yet very handy location.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell
Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.
