Great townhouse, in a perfect location. Within walking distance of all main attractions and hot tub a nice little extra.

Had a lovely stay here. The hut was exactly as the pictures showed. The surroundings were beautiful. Serena provided recommendations for places to visit and where to eat locally, all the information was helpful and we enjoyed the local pubs. We hired the bikes for the day and cycled to Bath which was super easy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views. Jessie had the hot tub ready and a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. The cottage was clean, tidy and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

We were a family group celebrating a birthday, everyone loved the house - the space, the hot tub, sauna, games room etc. Fully equipped for all our needs. It was a great house to relax in and have a fun time. Would stay there again and definitely recommend it for large groups. Great communication from the hosts. It was the perfect house for our break/celebration, we all had a wonderful time.

James was friendly and very helpful. The house is beautiful and very clean. Hot tub was excellent too. Fire wood was supplied too. We would have loved to be able use it in the bigger living room as we was big group and wanted us that room more and also in the dinning room for fire wood. The karaoke machine the mikes was working very well that all we say needed to looked into but everything else was beautiful and loved our stay.

Exceptionally light, airy house with a truly lovely feel in an absolutely beautiful setting. The photos don't really do it justice as it felt quite magical. The beds are super comfy, the whole place is immaculately clean and it's a short walk to town and the Tor. Thanks Sophie for letting us stay.

We loved our stay, such a fabulous place to be with friends. We came away feeling rested. The hotel above does the best appletini. The house was lovely and we loved the conservatory to watch the sunrise. As it was the depths of winter the hot tub took a while to heat up but once we had taken the edge off it stayed warm for our entire stay and this was communicated to us, so wasn’t a surprise. Thank you for having us.

We had the perfect family getaway, a chance to pause, connect as a family and connect with nature as the location in the woods was stunning. The property was home from home, comfortable, clean, well equipped but with lovely features and modern design. We are now seeking an opportunity to rent the larger house in the future! Thank you Jamie and family for creating a beautiful space for us to enjoy.

Olivia’s house is lovely - plenty of space for everyone and great amenities (games room, TVs, speakers, hot tube etc.). Olivia lives in the house next door and was wonderful, always checking that everything was okay and helping when our fob broke. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The room is very spacious and Philip was a helpful and attentive host.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 9, plenty of space, it was well appointed and there was a good choice of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Although we didn’t use the outside space much due to the weather the hot tub was great. The hosts were very responsive and sorted out a couple of minor issues swiftly.

Our second stay at Jan's and we loved it. Four our group of 7 friends it is perfect: plenty of spaces to be together and enough room for people to have their own space if needed. Gardens and surroundings are beautiful, it's so peaceful. Hot tub and pool table are a bonus. We will be back!

What a gem of a find! We came to Gilwern for a weekend without our children and were able to run, cycle and hike really easily from here. The cabin is beautiful, the views are amazing, and the hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Beth was really attentive and really helpful (and runs an amazing shop and cafe in Abergevany which we discovered on the last day). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and really hope we get a chance to stay there again!

Such a beautiful stay, we would definitely come back, wish we could have stayed for longer, it was in a perfect location with stunning views from our cabin, and the hot tub was amazing too.

Me and my partner stayed at ruby's retreat for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it! It was so cosy and private and we loved sitting outside with the fire on and having a bbq! Andrew was very helpful and showed us around when we arrived and answered any queries via text very quickly. It was in a great location (just under 20 minutes from Bath!) Thank you so much, would definitely come back!

My partner and I booked Daisy Lodge as our base whilst exploring the Brecon Beacons. With only being a ten minute drive to Abergavenny, we found it to be perfect. The lodge was in a secluded countryside setting with incredible views (pictures don’t do it justice). The hot tub was just what we were after - the perfect wind down after our hikes around the national park. Justin and Claire were very prompt to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Daisy Lodge to anyone seeking a relaxing break.

If you are thinking of booking, then please do. This cabin is simply a piece of heaven! The cabin itself is beyond beautiful, with everything you could possibly think of, and the surrounding area is so quiet and peaceful. Vicky and Craig, couldn’t have been more helpful when checking in, and places I wanted to visit. We had just two day stay, but could easily have spent a lot longer. The pizza package is well worth the money, and the hot chocolate station and marshmallows was I nice surprise to have around the fire pit. As we were staying near a recognised ‘dark sky’ I wanted to drive somewhere that we could see the stars at the full potential. Craig informed me that you can see them from the cabin, and we did! … it’s was absolutely beautiful sitting on the decking wrapped up in the provided blankets and studying the stars. Thank you both for also decorating the cabin for my daughter birthday.. we had the best time xx

Myself, partner and our 12 year old son had a lovely 3 nights stay here. The cabin and outside area was super clean, comfortable, very thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything we could have needed. It was a luxury to have so much space around the cabin and access to the woods and local walks. We enjoyed walking from the cabin (via the Boat Inn for a pint), listening to nothing but birdsong, stargazing from the hot tub, cooking on the wood fired BBQ. A beautiful part of the world, would definitely like to return.
