Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Located on the first floor of a quiet residential building and in the only central area with free parking on the surrounding streets. It is set back from the longest street of independent shops in the UK, with every type of restaurant right on your doorstep. An 8 minute flat walk takes you to the vibrant area of Stokes Croft, Montpelier and St. Pauls, leading on to the city centre and the Harbourside!

A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Gather round the fire bowl as the sun goes down to watch the stars emerge over truly dark skies. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

A luxurious dome nestled in private woodland and flower garden. An ideal romantic/ family stay near the Cotswolds. Enjoy the wildlife view from your king size bed, woodburning stove, additional heating and air conditioning. Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. Nice little flat in central Bristol in an ideal location to access anywhere in and around Bristol. (See reviews.) Situated directly opposite the entrance to Temple Meads train station, but still quiet. The flat also has its own patio entrance. I'm away sometimes and am happy to host any discerning visitors who will treat my flat with respect. Please leave it as you found it, as I am offering you the use of my home, rather than a hotel cleaning-up-after-you type service.
