Close to the center of Lancieux, 700 m from Saint-Sieuc and Briantais beaches, 15 mins from Dinard, 20 mins from St-Malo and 23 mins from Dinan. Very quiet place 5 minutes from the city center and its shops, small city of character with its artisans and its renovated washhouses, beautiful boat trips on the river. Renovated and furnished studio. Good quality sofa bed for 2 people and 1 mezzanine bed that can accommodate 1 child. No pets allowed. Pontrieux is 20 minutes from the beaches.
