Welcome to our home! We’re offering sunny, spacious and cosy private room located in Dinan centre, only a 3 minute-walk to the medieval town and ideally-positioned for visiting nearby Dinard, St Malo,Rennes and Mont St. Michel. Dinan is a medieval town with a relaxing atmosphere. It has city walls (donjon, towers and doors from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries), medieval streets (Rue du Jerzual) and charming plazzas: Du Guesclin plazza and Du Champs plazza famous for its glass facades from the 18th century. Once a fortress for the ducs de Bretagne, Dinan is one of the best-preserved and prettiest towns in Brittany. We have two 17 sq m bedroom incl en suite (shower/ bath, toilets, towel dryer, sink) with a TV and wireless internet. Towels and fresh linen provided. Baby cot, babychair are available. Breakfast is included. The house has a big garden overlooking the ramparts and is located in the city centre, just outside the city walls. 3 mins walk to the medieval town. You will be able to park your car in the garden. Note that blue room (Pavillon Gaudel bleu) on top floor offers option to get your own fully equiped kitchen to prepare yourself diner in case you prefer this option rather than eating outside in numerous Dinan restaurants... Really close to all amenities, train station (10mins easy walk) and medieval town (3mins walk). ACTIVITIES: Major historical attractions include St Saviour's Basilica, the flamboyant Gothic St Malo's Church, the Collège des Cordeliers, the Romanesque Duchess Anne's Tower (Tour de l'horloge), the Jacobins Theatre dating from 1224 and the Château de Dinan. Dinan's "jardin Anglais" ( "English garden" located behind St Saviour's Basilica) offers a lovely panorama overlooking the valley, the River Rance, the old harbor and the viaduct. The town retains a large section of the city walls, part of which can be walked round. The remparts promenade is a must. Between the back garden of our house and the small ditches you will find the "jardin des petits diables" ("garden of the litlle devils"), with playgrounds for kids: toboggan, slides, a minigolf and an animal garden. DINAN'S MUSEUMS: the castle museum; the rail museum; Yvonne Jean Haffen museum (famous Breton painter); the 39-45 WWII museum ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES: Corseul 7 km and Pleslin 5 km THE MUST-SEE'S: Lehon Abbey 2 km; Taden Manor (Gallo-Roman villa; 1st-2nd century A.D.) 5 km SPECIAL EVENTS: Tour de France this summer! The "Fête des Remparts" is Dinan's major highlight. It occurs on the third weekend of July and is held in even-numbered years (2014 is the next one). Locals dress up in medieval costumes and duels are staged. WE ARE LOCATED AT: 32km from Cancale (oyster farming site). You will stay in a bedroom with a bed of1.60 m, Private bathroom and independent toilet. You will have a separate entrance as well as a private terrace. Ability to sleep a baby. On the GR34 trail Ideally located 800m from the beaches and village of Ménéham. 30 minutes from Morlaix/Roscoff (Batz Island Pier) 40 or 45 minutes from Brest, Le Conquet (pier for Ouessant and Molène). For bikers, the garage will house your motorcycles. Your bikes will also be sheltered

The room is located on the floor reserved exclusively for guests. I live on the ground floor. It has 1 bed of 160, 1 living room area with armchairs, tea making facilities, mini fridge, no access to the kitchen Breakfast is included in the price Garden furniture is available for your use. The street is very quiet, parking is provided. Sheets and towels are provided A 2nd bedroom is available for people who know each other and agree to share the bathroom areas.

Close to the charming village of Kermorvan, 1 km from the city center, 100 m from the beaches on the bay side, the coastal path and Port Haliguen, come and discover our private room, "art deco 1930" facing south, by the pool. Film buffs will recognize the nod to David Lynch! Breakfast is served in the room with a picnic basket. The city center, the large beach and the pier for the islands are about 1 km walk, the train station is 800 m away.

When you return from your visits, you will dive into the jacuzzi for a real moment of relaxation. Whether for a night, a weekend, a week, you will appreciate the calm and tranquility of the place.

Our accommodation is located in Plougonvelin, 500 m from Trez-hir beach (sandy beach). Also ideal for hikers who want to discover the GR 34. 5 minutes from the Conquet pier to access the islands of Molène and Ouessant. Guests can also take advantage of our indoor heated pool from April to October and its free outdoor jacuzzi all year round. The accommodation offered to visitors is independent of the part occupied by the hosts.

In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 700 m from a large sandy beach, and the GR34 Jean-Jacques and Colette offer a large room with private toilet and bathroom, independent entrance, possibility of an extra bed, a baby cot Close to Saint Malo Dinan and Mont Saint Michel, it is a cozy stopover in a comfortable house where a hearty breakfast will be served on the terrace bordering a flowery garden. Everything here invites you to rest.

Our guest room is on the second floor of our house. From this room with balcony, you can admire a magnificent view with unforgettable sunsets. We are on a peninsula with 15 km of walking trails and the famous house between the rocks. You can visit the pink granite coast and the island of Bréhat about twenty km from us. I don't accept guests who come to party (wedding, etc.). NB: The bathroom for this room is private.
