This is a private and spacious 20 m2, fully standalone, garden cabin with a private en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating and air conditioning. We live in the main building across the garden from you and remain available if need anything :).

Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

Big terrace with garden furniture for BBQs or bonfire nights outside and a separate entrance. 8 stops to Westminster from Fulham Broadway which is a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside the house and lots of green spaces and parks around. Fulham is a safe and family-friendly area but also has great bars and restaurants with easy access to the city.
