Rowanbank House

The House is a traditional, south-facing, sandstone cottage which retains many of its original features. In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

Spacious studio with direct access to garden and beach and fab views of the bay and Holy Isle (no traffic). The studio is within a seafront bungalow and has a king-sized bed with optional third bed. It's a nice hideaway for a couple, friends or young family. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists & birdwatchers. The host is a local artist and conservationist who helped create the Arran Marine Protected Area. Good to book Calmac ferries at the same time.

With beautiful hillside views, the cottage is close to Lamlash beach (5 minute walk), coastal paths and the 'The Ross' road for travel to the south end of the island. The main bus stop is 1 minute walk along the road making travel by foot very accessible.
