The House is a traditional, south-facing, sandstone cottage which retains many of its original features. In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

Welcome to Whin Cottage, a cosy stonebuilt home on the South West coast of Arran. Dating from 1900 when it was a farm house, it looks out over fields to the southern Arran hills. Our cottage is a great place to escape from the many stresses of everyday life, have a digital detox ( no wifi by choice) whilst offering a perfect base from which to discover Arran. Corrie hotel bar 5 min walk and dog friendly Also Mara seafood cabin and Deli take away or eat in .

This lovely well equipped flat consists of a lounge with small sofa bed (for a child) kitchen/diner with oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer & dining table. The bedroom has adequate wardrobe and drawer space. The bathroom has a walk in electric shower. There is on-street parking available and a car park 200 meters away. The flat is in the heart of the village and all amenities are within walking distance. ** Please mind your heads on the sloping ceilings.
