Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Luxury Bed & Wellness Lodge with sauna and Jacuzzi

The Bed & Wellness with sauna and soft tub is located in an old gardening village near Alkmaar, Bergen and Egmond. Close to the sea, beach, shops and restaurants. You will be staying in a self-contained guest house with a freestanding bath on the 1st floor. In the garden, you have complete privacy and can relax. Breakfast can be booked as an option at 15 euros p.p. The indoor sauna can be booked for 30 euros for 2 hours. Bicycles are available for rent. A tapas board is possible. With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
