Our chalet is located in the beautiful quiet Waarland. What to do in Waarland : Vlinderado, indoor mini golf, boat rental via HappyWale, outdoor swimming pool Waarland. Within 25 minutes drive you are at the beach of Callantsoog or the beautiful dune area in Schoorl. The beautiful cities of Alkmaar and Schagen (15 minutes drive) are also worth visiting. Holiday district Waarland is in the process of renovating the park. Our chalet is at the edge of the campsite, so it doesn't bother you much.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.
