Cosy accommodation on a south-facing plot – sun all day! Green plot with a glazed conservatory, patio with sun loungers and a trampoline. Space for 2 cars. 4 bedrooms: 1 with 210 cm wide double bed 2 with 120 cm wide bed 1 with a single bed (80 cm) that can be converted into a double bed (see photos) Bathroom with shower from 2025 Guest bathroom Shower room Washing machine & tumble dryer from 2025 10 minutes to the underground. You can be in central Stockholm in less than 20 minutes. Parks and woodland nearby. Dog park further down the street. Quiet street.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

A very nice house with a beautiful garden 30 minutes by foot and metro from the Stockholm city center. The house has 3 bedrooms with 4 permanent beds (extra beds available). It is located in a very green, nice and safe area, 10-20 minutes walk to lakes where you can swim or hang out at the beach. The house has a garden and two terraces where you can have dinner and enjoy the sun. The house is in three storeys, you need to be able to walk the stairs. You need to leave the house tidy.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.
