In addition, there is an office with a workspace and a closet wall. You have your own cozy enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill. There is a private playground with swings and a brand new trampoline. Use of the playground is at your own risk.

You can park on the street close to the house for two hours free of charge between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Otherwise, there is free parking around the clock about a five-minute walk from the house

The home has a large garden, terrace with barbecue and access to playground on the neighboring property. You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and has a sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

The area offers a lot of lovely nature, with forests and rivers, as well as lovely eateries. The building also houses a shop, tailor workshop & private residence. Our "Guesthouse Guldsmed" is located in a small village between Ribe, Denmark's oldest and most beautiful town, and the stunning holiday island of Rømø (about 30 minutes away). It's approximately 45 minutes to the German border. Our small guesthouse features one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a private entrance, and a combined living room and kitchen (with a two-burner induction cooktop) with a cozy corner. Guests are welcome to use the garden. Arrive... feel at home and relax...

Idyllic, cozy and modern cottage of 72 sqm in scenic surroundings🌲🦆🦌🪵 Ribe city is about 4 km away ✨ The cottage is newly renovated and is well suited for couples, friends on a trip and families with children who can sleep in the same room, as the 1st floor is a large room. The only thing to note - however, very important, is that the railway is right next to the house, as the cottage was previously a caretaker's house and there is no fence🛤️

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise it’s 100% yours.
