Holiday rentals with a pool in The Bronx

Norma went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay! The place is spacious, clean, and beautiful! She even had some Easter decor for the holiday! We found a parking spot right away on the street and didn’t move the car at all. (Only $5 a day parking fee! Sunday was free!) The bus was super easy and only $4 per adult. Norma was incredibly helpful to make us feel comfortable with the bus numbers. We had a great time in NYC and love our stay at Norma’s!

Flor is an amazing host! She is thoughtful and kind. She was responsive and answered my many questions. Flor was flexible and accommodating to my family’s schedule and needs. The apartment was as pictured. Our stay was awesome and I would recommend to anyone.

Douglas and Monica were truly exceptional – they were proactive in reaching out, incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and offered great local recommendations. The location being right across the street from the park and the convenience of having restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance was fantastic. We were impressed by the stylish decor, the high-end quality finishes, and the meticulous attention to detail for your convenience and enjoyment. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Made a quick trip to NYC to attend a concert a Carnegie Hall and Monica's apartment was a great spot! We know the area very well and enjoyed the location for its walkability and proximity to great eating establishments. Parking was not a problem and we left the car in the same spot the majority of the time. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. Since we stayed only a couple of nights the wardrobe rack worked well to hang clothes since the main bedroom does not have a closet. I loved the fixtures in the bathroom ~ brass and gold touches really speak to me! Oh and the bath towels were so plush. Others have mentioned the noise from the upstairs unit since Monica's apartment is on the ground level in which you have to walk down the stairs from the street level to enter. It was noticeable but not unbearable. Thanks Monica for a very nice and comfortable stay.

The apartment is new, convenient and well-equipped. The furniture and all accessories were brand new at the time of our stay (April 2025), we hope that the guests and the owners will keep everything in such a good shape in the future. This hotel-style unit is spacious and quiet, facing a large inner plaza, with double-glazed windows that are effective against noise. The Manhattan view is great, day and night, as mentioned in most of the guest reviews. There are Venetian blinds on the large windows but be aware that they don't completely block the morning light from the east (if you are sensitive to this issue). The bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. Jeff is super-responsive and cooperative, willing to satisfy his guests. In general, Hoboken is a very pleasant small town and New York is easily accessible from there. In conclusion: A highly recommended Airbnb apartment in Hoboken NJ.

Great location and stay

Great host and great house in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed using this house and felt very safe.

Had a lovely time staying. House was clean and layout was nice. I would stay at this location again.
