We live on homes main floor so your safety and privacy will be assured . Separate entrance and privacy locked door between main floor and basement area. We also have three beautiful outdoor patio seating areas.

The Bin is a brand new tiny house finished in 2023. It's surrounded by fields in front & evergreens in the back, with a seating area outside. This tiny house is one of a kind. Build from an old grainbin. With its beautiful curved staircase going to the loft that sleeps 2 comfortably. It has fresh & light walls, a curved kitchen with all you need for a breakfast or a gourmet meal. Cozy breakfast nook overlooking the fields, with a table and two chairs, which also can be used as working space.
