We offer an apartment on the first floor with a spacious equipped kitchen including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and oven. Furthermore, in the apartment you will find a stylish bathroom with a shower and toilet. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed. Enjoy a peaceful sleep in a separate bedroom on a 140 cm wide bed. We offer table football and a selection of wines from our own wine shop.

The apartment is located in the very center of Broumov town and literally a few steps from the Broumov Monastery (230 m). The apartment has an area of 78 m2 and is suitable for families with up to 4 children or for a couple who likes space. There is a double bed (220 cm x 220 cm). Children's bunk bed with three beds (200cm x 90) for children under 16 + children's folding bed. The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building without an elevator. There is a shed in the garden inside the house where you can park your bikes.

There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. The apartment is suitable for couples, group of friends, family with children, but also for pets (by prior arrangement). In the surroundings you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpašsko-Teplice rock town.
