The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! The charming, historic cottage has a front bedroom overlooking Pelican Lagoon where you will enjoy the views over our native garden and onto the water .Second bedroom views to the garden. Cook in the well equipped kitchen. There is a Separate bathroom. Sit on the deck and view wildlife, sunrises, moon rises,ocean view .

One of two cabins this beautiful country wood cabin with a large area to enjoy yourself. Only 300 meters to the beach with easy walking track. Close to Kingscote town, KI Brewery, Gin distillery and the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. I have a dog named Chase who will love you to death and am open to others bringing their pet providing they are friendly with others and do not go inside the cabin. The terrace is fine I live in a managers cabin so any questions Im happy to help.

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

A beautifully handcrafted home, made from locally sourced sandstone and reclaimed wood. This house sits amongst 16 acres of private she-oak forest which overlooks beautiful Pelican Lagoon. Large, open plan, split level home which spills out onto spacious terraces and private balcony’s all with superb views over the lagoon. The rooms are minimally furnished, with beautifully crafted handmade reclaimed wood furniture offset with bright ethnic fabrics and rugs sourced from around the world!

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).
