Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Two large bedrooms with a large bathroom, allowing you exclusive use of this big area downstairs, including the shower, bath and vanity, dining/lounge/kitchenette. Underfloor heating in winter. Large outdoor deck with outdoor furniture, looks into garden with close beach and Rangitoto views. Nespresso machine. Off street parking. $10 per EV charge overnight.

Stylish, fully self-contained ground floor flat, 250m from a picturesque swimming beach. The perfect place for visitors to unwind, explore & enjoy all that our wonderful East Coast beaches have to offer. Bus stops are nearby for public transport but it is advisable to have a car. No onsite parking. Street parking usually available just outside the house. Albany mall 5km, Torbay shops 800m, Browns Bay shops 2km & Auckland CBD 22km away. Private, peaceful, cosy getaway. A true summer playground.

My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. It is connected to my home but has own entrance, parking and garden. Caution: Carpark entrance VERY steep. 7 steps

Rothesay Bay Bliss - stone's throw from the beach

For your own piece of paradise in Rothesay Bay consider this new studio with separate bathroom. Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark. Furnished with fridge, microwave, espresso machine, king size bed plus living space with a couch and large smart TV it is an ideal getaway. Browns bay/Waiake with great sea views.

Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen. WiFi included. is fully catered for with everything you need. TV for your entertainment. Easy bus ride to Auckland City if you need too.
