Welcome to my apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. Bedroom with large double bed, extra mattress, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. Free parking upon registration, which I can arrange. Only 15 minutes by car to the city centre. For public transport travellers, it is a three-minute walk to the bus stop. From there it takes 10 minutes by bus to Sirkus Shopping Center where there is a further transition to the city center which takes 10 minutes. There are great hiking opportunities nearby.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and child-friendly residence. Large terrace with sunshade and large living room (living room) of over 60 m2. The garden is open and convenient for playing. There is almost no traffic in the area while there are several good bus services. Great hiking trails in the forest that is nearby. Free parking/car charging can be arranged in advance. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer in the basement.

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Ranheim - best view

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

1 bedroom apartment with private entrance

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden right next to the fjord and views of Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min), and the city park is easily accessible right above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 persons. Short distance to the store and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to the city center.

The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed(210) and a bedroom with 120 bed. A floor mattress can be provided if needed. Guests must bring bed linen and towel themselves. There is a nice cat living in the apartment who will need easy care.

Possibility of free parking in the garage. 2 bedrooms where it can accommodate 3 people (max 4). Private kitchen (newly painted as of April 2026), with most of the essentials in place for preparing meals.

Housing at Småbruk in Hegra in Stjørdal

You will have access to your own outdoor terrace that is shielded from the rest of the courtyard. Outside there is also a barbecue area that can be used freely. We also have an adjacent building where dinner parties can be arranged. Please contact me if you need more beds than 3, we have several options.
