Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brussels

The house was perfect for our family and in a great location. We’ll be looking to rent Olivier’s home again on our next trip back to Uccle!

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Marie has a wonderful house, we were lucky enough to have come during a sunny week where we were able to enjoy all the sunlight the house offers and how warm and bright it gets. It felt really homely, the house looks so much better than the actual photos, it was extremely clean, super organized. Maris was very responsive and extremely flexible in everything we ask. If we ever pass by Brussels again we will not hesitate to book with Marie again.

Amazing location for us . Carrefour/ Delhaize are nearby. We drive but the Herman Debroux station is mins away. you can go anywhere in Brussels. The home itself is Amazing As we are house proud people ourselves, we made sure all the beautiful deco and artefacts are untouched and taken care of. cleanliness wise its top notch. As we are new to Belgian waste management system we learnt quite a bit to prepare us for our relocation. the host is Amazing too and we communicate once in a while on WA. we had a 9/10 experience the last 18 days. This house is really very nice. It feels just like home and was a real blessing. You find everything you need, which is very comfortable for a longer stay. There is everything you need, the bedrooms are spacious and the garden is also a treat when the weather permit. The host was very well organized and we received all useful information needed. We were even allowed to choose our leaving time, which was also most welcomed. I recommend this beautiful place, close to any public transport and located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. A real gem !

The Matthieu home was perfect for our group of 6. We each had private space while still enjoying meals and relaxing together. The home is exquisitely designed and decorated - minimalistic at its finest. The blue stone on the outside of the home came from our family quarry which was fun to see. We brought our staff to Europe as one last hurrah before retiring at the end of the month. The trip was for them but we enjoyed watching Belgium through their wide eyes. This is the perfect home for a larger group!

Stay and accommodation met our expectations.

Patrick's house is very pleasant to live in and very well equipped, it is in a quiet place close to shops (5min walk). You will find supermarket, bakery, brewery ... Also close to public transportation, 5 min walk, the 95 takes you directly to the large square, but it takes about 30 minutes to get there. The bus ride costs €2.70 per person. We enjoyed our stay, I recommend 👍

Great guy, great place, great location

We stayed for a week in Laure’s apartment, for New Year’s Eve. The location is just perfect, we couldn’t ask for more. We used the metro just to go to the Atomium and to the EU parliament. The apartment is spacious, it was so much bigger than expected, bright and a bit vintage. It is actually Laure’s home and you can see her personal touch in every detail. The only drawback is that it is at the third floor with only stairs, but you get used to it and also you basically don’t hear any noise from the street. If you want to stay in Bruxelles like a local I highly recommend.

I had a lovely weekend at Laszlo's! Very responsive host and apartment as described! Big plus for billiards, calm and brightness (when the sun shows up)!

Excellent apartment with lots of natural light and plenty of space. Eugenie was really responsive and helpful. She provided a crib, high chair, toys for our children and was generally great.

Thanks to Quentin for his warm welcome and lots of good advice. We recommend this very pleasant apartment 2 steps from tram 51. Small downside: sound apartment, you can hear the neighbor above, but not the street noise.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family’s long weekend in Brussels. Géraldine was a wonderful host and gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. (Holy Bagels is a must-do!!) Would definitely recommend staying here while in Brussels!

We liked Victor's apartment very much. It's very spacious and super clean. You can walk to the city center for about half an hour. Unfortunately, the nearby parking garage was occupied, so we had to walk a little further with the suitcases.

Thank you to Jean-Luc who gave us a good welcome in his very nice house. We had a cozy stay there, the location was ideal for getting around Belgium.

The house, garden, swimming pool, games for children, interior furnishings, walks through the surrounding forests, visits to cities such as Bruges or Ghent, made our vacation wonderful. And Julien was quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful and quiet stay. Ideal base for a quiet weekend. Dimi responds quickly, kindly and actively communicates but not excessive, ideal communication!

We were with 6 adults, a child and a dog in Anthony's villa. As described, it is a great equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired, or the refrigerator that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. The absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. So we were also able to take it easy on the last day of vacation. Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive) are worth seeing in the area. All in all we had a very nice time in Anthony and Bea's villa. I appreciate it. Thanks!

Philippe was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host: he allowed us to arrive and leave at a time that suited us. He gave us many tips for us to have a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. There was everything you need to host a large group like ours. Some amenities show signs of aging but we explained everything to Philippe and he will take care of it. The garden was large, well flowered and fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs. We had a lovely weekend at Philippe's and, apart from the price that seemed excessive, we have nothing to reproach this accommodation.

What an amazing gem this house is - highly recommend and completely undestand the perfect 5 star reviews. The house is beautiful, huge garden, absolutely peaceful and blissful - we didn't want to leave and are already planning another longer visit. It is clean, has all amenities you need (big fridge, coffee machine, etc), convenient kitchen with sitting places, and a huge dining room with a fireplace. at the same time it is less than 10 min walk from the train station taking you to Brussels, and 7 min drive from Wavre, which has nice stores and cafes. However, we didn't even feel the need to leave and spent most of the time in the garden. Absolutely recommend the experience.
