Our accommodation is located 25 min from Lac du Der and in the center of the Vitryat vineyard, the barn to rest in the countryside in the greenery , to relax in peace with ease. There will be a shelter for motorbikes and bicycles. Cars will be parked in front of the accommodation. Sheets and towels are provided, and tea, coffee and herbal teas are available. One pet per booking. Bread and groceries are 5 minutes away, and all the necessary shops are 10 minutes away in Vitry-le-François. Champagne tasting is 5 minutes away. Nigloland, Reims and Verdun are 1 hour away.

Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped holiday home offers the opportunity to explore the vineyards and enjoy champagne tastings. This comfortable property with an outdoor area provides a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen and a convivial and peaceful space.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage.
