Mercy's accommodation is suitable and corresponds to what was posted. The strengths of the accommodation are: i) the location, so everything is close to there, including the exit to the airport; ii) Mercy is very attentive and always attentive to everything; iii) the appliances are modern and in good condition; iv) the closets are spacious and the beds with comfortable and clean; v) in general it is a suitable and comfortable space for 3 or 4 people. Improvement areas are: i) no parking, so one should be sought. For a long stay this can be uncomfortable; ii) the internet is shared by several apartments, so it was not fast enough for my online classes. Also, there is no possibility of connecting directly (via cable) to the modem; iii) I think towels and basic toiletries are needed in the bathrooms. In general terms it was a good stay where Mercy and we were very grateful.

Jorge is an excellent host and the apto. is as shown in the pictures with everything you need for a comfortable eatadía. It's already a little over a year that has become my ideal place to stay every time I travel to Bucaramanga.

The location is perfect, everything is close by. I loved the place because you can walk there without needing a car. José always responds quickly and solves any problem.

A divine apartment, very well decorated, and in perfect order

We were very lucky to find Charle's place available as we own a flat in the same unit but it's rented. As I had to assist to some hospital appointments I wanted to feel as familiar to home as possible. It's a great location I highly recommend it. Thank you Charle's for facilitating our stay. Angela

We loved the stay there. It was super clean and had all the comforts we needed. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the view of the apartment is beautiful. The area in front of the building is for the puppies and we loved it. All friendly people and the supermarket downstairs is perfect for any need you have. The parking lot is very spacious and the facilities excellent. Really happy, we didn't want to go🤭, we'll be back on our next trips !

María Paula’s place is close to everything, in Bucaramanga, quiet and cozy. If you are a nomad you would appreciate the high speed internet, a corner store, a coffee shop and a drug store across the street. Highly recommended for a solo or couple traveling without kids.

I wasn’t able to stay for my entire trip due to some issues with the apartment. The apartment is fine, but I had some issues with the air conditioner and shower which were fixed the next day. But I’m very impatient and didn’t want to sleep there without air conditioning for that first night. Ariel was good at communicating. We were able to work something out that satisfied both of us. I just didn’t want to stay there without the ac working that night. Ariel did say it was fine the next day after I left. So shouldn’t be an issue. Also he was able to fix the shower as well
