Welcome to our charming retreat, a cozy and tastefully renovated home just 10 minutes from the stunning Costa dei Trabocchi. Spread over two levels with a fully equipped private courtyard, it offers spacious, well-appointed interiors: a living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two junior suites with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito screens, and smart TV. The perfect place to relax and feel at home, surrounded by comfort and special moments to share.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

“Corte dell’Annunziata”, located in the historic center of Sulmona, stands out for its elegant furnishings, attention to detail and its large private garden - a peaceful retreat where guests can relax. The property offers a shaded patio, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and meals, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue perfect for cookouts with friends, and a hot tub (available only from May to September). Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
