Poggio del Fattore is situated at the eastern edge of the Chianti region in Valdambra, a green valley that joins the lands of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farmstead is on the top of an hill and lies at the end of a long private road through a large olive growing estate; therefore you absolutely need a car. The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

The Loggia

The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

A wonderful place to spend a few days in pleasant company. A large living room with fireplace where you can relax after returning from beautiful walks, bike rides, and excursions. The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

Casa Bonari - a paradise for the eyes

Casa Bonari is a self-contained, non-shared, single-storey apartment within a villa at the foot of Monticchiello. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The rooms are furnished in a Tuscan style, combining restored, heirloom furniture with contemporary features. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the flat is surrounded on all sides by a large garden, so that all the rooms offer a beautiful view of the countryside.
