This light, bright, open, space shows sunrises and lake views from every room. This location offers a protected swim area, great fishing, and works for entertaining a crowd. Everything you need is on the main level. A short walk to the dock. It is nearly impossible to find this wonderful, private, almost flat 291 foot frontage lot with a dream house to go with it. Close to town, golf course and restaurants. Private boat ramp. *new laminate flooring on main level in bedrooms and living area.

The perfect spot for your vacation on the west side of LOTO, 8MM ,south Buck Creek Cove. Great driving access, completely paved road to the house. Close to Indian Rock golf course, movie theater, bowlng alley, grocery stores, marinas and several restaurants. Upper deck has a large gas blackstone and plenty of seating to enjoy incredible sunsets in our cove, all on a wooded 1.5 acre of property. The private dock provides the perfect place to swim , fish or just relax with 20 ft water depth.

We are in deep water in a small cove off of Buck Creek Cove allowing for perfect swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. It is a short boat ride away to the main channel and popular hotspots! Fire pit at water’s edge, Lilly pad, kayaks and paddle board included! 9.5 ft x 23 ft. Boat slip.
