We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our quarter acre garden. The Old Smithy, Idyllic hideaway on Dartmoor

The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland. It's an ideal base for walking, cycling wild swimming and getting away from it all, a true nature lovers paradise! We live in a house on the same site so will be on hand for any advice or assistance. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

Rumleigh Farm is a rare, idillic treasure hidden in the Tamar Valley AONB. Set in 17 acres the farmstead has been around since before the Domesday Book. The Hop House is tucked away by itself, in a converted stable block dating from the 17th Century. Despite it's age its a cosy retreat for a couple with all the modern comforts you would expect including underfloor heating and wifi. A rural paradise tucked away providing the ideal break to get away from it all.
