Totally separate from the host space, this suite is part of a brand new two-story monolithic villa with enclosed courtyard, safe, secluded and friendly community. The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights on the east side, very convenient transportation, bus station is just at the door, highway is 5 minutes, airport is 20 minutes, downtown and Auckland War Museum are 15 minutes, half moon bay is 7 minutes, Lloyd Elsmore park is only 3 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy sunshine, grass, trails, swimming, gym, duck pool and children's playground, next to Highland Park shopping mall, big foreigner supermarket and Chinese supermarket.The nearest shopping mall Pakuranga Plaza is just a four-minute drive away, with a night market every Saturday at 6pm, an eight-minute drive from Botany Downs shopping mall and a 10-minute drive from Sylvia Park shopping mall. This suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. It is equipped with a kitchenette with simple cooking. The room is equipped with air conditioning, HD TV, a guest-only refrigerator and free fiber optic WiFi. There is a large number of free parking spaces on the roadside.Brand new bedding, washed after each guest's departure to ensure that the room is clean and tidy, we also have milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruits as breakfast for the first three days of stay.The laundry room is on the owner's side and we are open when needed.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located studio. A 10 minute walk to the iconic Howick Village, with its many eateries and lovely bars you are spoilt for choice. A 5 minute walk to Owairoa Primary School. Howick Beach is only a 5 minute drive and bus stops near by, its also an easy ferry ride in to central Auckland City. Enjoy a BBQ on you own private deck in the evening sun. We'll say hello if we pass on the drive otherwise we'll leave you alone, unless you need something of course.
