Great place to stay. we were a family with two teenagers and plenty of room. nice outside area on the deck. everything is there that is needed. clean and comfortable, responsive and ready to help hosts.

The cottage was everything we could have asked for plus more , full of old world charm , spotlessly clean and with everything at our disposal.Location was near to everything , within walking distance to most things . We loved our stay at Evelyn’s Cottage. Great location, able to walk into city centre in ten minutes. Check in was super easy, and Simone and Peters instructions were clear and easy to follow! The cottage itself was clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. Excellent bathroom and kitchen amenities. We traveled as a couple and a single and the house layout was great for a mix of privacy and communal spaces. The beds were comfy and really lovely bedrooms to come home to after a big day of festivities and walking! Small touches such as biscuits and milk in the fridge made for a lovely homely feel. We loved being able to learn about the history of the property and the renovated space is such a lovely preservation of a rich history. We highly recommend this place!

Stayed for two nights with family as attended the red hot summer festival. Clean & comfortable space, lots of room on the couch for all of us. Comfy beds & pillows. Walkable distance to the Jockey Club (approx 20-25mins). House situated at the back, so fairly quiet. Thanks for having us & we will definitely use again in the future.

Our stay was great. Very clean and easy to get in. Had a washing machine and dryer which was extremely handy for our situation. Location wise was spot on and very useful for us as we played at QEO across the road the next day. The only thing I would say, and this isn’t a controllable factor, you can hear the night club when everything get quiet. Woke us up around 1pm when the cars were off the road, was hard to get back to sleep with the doof doof music, so if you’re light sleepers maybe stay away on a Saturday night. Was very enjoyable!

Loved our stay at Kate's home....beautiful well appointed cottage & we couldn't have been more comfortable. Close to the CBD & a gorgeous stroll to the lake! We hope to be back again as Bendigo was beautiful & our stay made so enjoyable with this accommodation.

We loved our stay at Baxter street. Beautiful rooms with high ceilings, a really well equipped kitchen and we loved the outdoor fire place that Andrew prepared for us. Our son loved playing in the autumn leaves in the back yard. We had a couple of lovely nights relaxing by the fire and we loved that we could walk everywhere and there were yummy eating places within walking distance. Thanks so much Andrew, we loved it!
