Joined to our house at the rear, this cute, historic miner’s cottage is self-contained with its own private entrance. Inside, you will discover art by local artists in every room. The cosy bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living area has a comfy sofa and smart tv. There is a modern shower room and kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine for breakfasts. Only a few minutes walk from Sturt street and its cafes and restaurants and close to the hospitals.

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
