The stay at Ivana's place was very comfortable. Me, my husband, mum, toddler, cat and dog were all very comfortable, two more people could have fit. The apartment is spacious, with one double bedroom and one room with 3 beds, as well as a kitchen with a table, and a large private balcony. The walk to the beach (with all actors involved) was around 15 Minutes. Ivana and her husband were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the communication was easy. You can park in the yard, which is a very important amenity in Budva. All in all, the stay was wonderful! We would come again.

The view is simply amazing.The whole of Budva is under your feet, the terrace is huge and completely yours.The location of the house is outside the center and is about 15 minutes away.Olga helped us with everything.If you have your own car and are coming to Budva, we recommend you to stay here.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

Olivera’s place is very close to everything, you can walk to the bus station and also old town. The place is perfect for one or two persons, is clean, the shower is a little bit messy because doesn’t have curtains, but everything else is perfect. Also has a little terrace with a beautiful view to the garden.

We enjoyed our stay! Nicely stocked with everything we needed: dishes, cookware and appliances. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. nice and quite with great mountain views and close to beaches and a market. And 10 minutes from Petrovac which is a charming old town on a beach. We plan to return. Thank you!

Great location and a homely feeling. Very peaceful and a lovely beach nearby. Location was nice and central to explore the coast of Montenegro. Larisa was very helpful and responsive.

That was excellent choice for 2+3 family. Bed rooms upstairs and living room downstairs gives you opportunity to not be that quite when kids are sleeping.

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

Not so easy to find but also nit very hard :) It is 15min walk from the beach to apartment and 7 minutes walk from apartment to the beach. For me this is Ok since it is kind of training geting up to hill but for childern not so easy. Parking is also a bit tricky and not easy to find or to know where you can park and where not. Olesia we saw only at check in and after that comunicatinn goes with house keeper in building which can be very kind sometime but also sometime very hard in comunication but after all we had nice time and enjoyed our time in Becici. I recomend the place for persons who dont mind to climb but also return from the beach can be arranged by taxi which is not very expensive (3eur during a day and 5 during evening)

Great location for people who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowd; furnishing the house richer than advertised; the garden, the number of terraces, places to spend time outside, the shade that gave the trees, very different to this house from others. The equipment is not the latest generation, but everything is (washing machine, dishwasher, sandwich maker, grill, microwave, kitchen for cooking, oven) and everything works. The bedding is nice, scented. Not ending of towels. The car is parked in a shady spot. The view of the mountains, the sea, and the vegetation in the garden is soothing. Close to the restaurant if you don't feel like cooking and a small grocery scoop, very well-stocked. Excellent support from the host. We were in 2 families with children. A great home to spend time together and separate from children. They grew up upstairs, kids downstairs. The pool of 12m long exceeded our expectations If I have to go back to Montenegro, it's just for the French House. Thank you

Overall, we are happy with the stay – the price was attractive, and the house was located in a very good location, close to the city, but still in a quiet environment. The views from the property are really impressive. The house was functional, although there was a slight smell of sewage at the top. Unfortunately, the BBQ area was a bit disappointing-is located at the back of the house and was not well-maintained. The wooden sun loungers by the pool were without cushions - making them not very comfortable. The pool is small, but clean and enough for a short relaxation. All in all, the place has potential and good location.

It's great to have a parking lot, especially for those who come with a car. There are various beautiful places around.

I highly recommend this place. Very close to bus stop, shop, also restaurants nearby. The nearby beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was clean, we didn't miss anything. Very good communication with the host, he always answered our questions.

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Petrovac is a beautiful and cozy town, calm in the daytime but the night coast is full of life. The bars and the restaurants are very nice. Car is not needed in town. The appartment is close to every important location. The equipment is practical and served the three of us very well. The contact person was incredibly kind and empathetic to us. She helped us not only in the accomodation but also in a very difficult situation. She shared some useful information with us about the city and the area. We enjoyed our stay a lot, we would like to return again.

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.

Ivana was a great host, from helping us to arrange a taxi pick up from the airport before we arrived, to ensuring we were happy with everything during our stay. The apartment is very peaceful, especially the outside space which is great for relaxing and providing a cool and shady place to chill out when it's very hot. Only a few minutes walk to the main promenade and beach in Petrovac and close to supermarkets and really good local bakeries.
