Apt whole apartment, spacious, comfortable and with lots of natural light, for 2 people and a baby up to 2 years old, with open view, in a very lively area with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, fairs, squares, parks, etc. Well connected by metro and buses. A notable aspect is the inclusion of infusions (coffee, tea, mate, etc.) For them to be located in the neighborhood, exiting the building on the right they head to the heart of the same (Plaza Serrano) and to the left to the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood.

Beautiful and quiet, well distributed space, very comfortable and with touches of decoration that make it very special.
