The house was built in 1915 and bought by our grandfather in 1969. We've remodeled it several times, the last time in January 2024, to rent it out to our two children with disabilities. You'll love my apartment is very spacious (ideal for groups) with two floors and two fully independent bathrooms with single entrance being a fully recycled house. It is very well located in the front since it is in an area of crespo villa just two blocks from PALERMO . It is a few blocks from Metro line B (subte) and Plaza Serrano. There is a parking lot 50 mts away. The area is very safe and bright at night with great movement on weekends. The best location.
