Holiday rentals with a patio in Bupyeong District

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

A family of three is staying for two days before moving. I drank delicious coffee and was so healed before heading out. The terrace was also good, but it's a pity that I couldn't use it on my schedule this time. I will definitely visit again next time ^ ^

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Overall, the room and cleanliness were tidy. i'm also very satisfied with the Ott service part! There are many restaurants and amenities nearby I also recommend this accommodation for travelers.🤗

The accommodation is an 8–10 minute walk from the lively Hongdae area and about 10 minutes from Yeonnam-dong. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby, offering a peaceful stay in a convenient location. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays and group trips. Since we traveled with elders, we often ended our day early and brought back takeout for dinner. The kitchen allowed us to cook simple meals or reheat food, with a microwave and oven available. Ready-to-eat rice packs are easily found at nearby convenience stores, which is very convenient for those used to eating rice. All three bedrooms are spacious enough to comfortably open two 23-inch suitcases each, providing plenty of room. Overall, it’s a great place for family or group travel.

We picked this location because of the location coming from ICN and using the AREX (All Stop) you get off at Hongik University and then a short walk to the accommodation. Hongik University is also on line 2 so getting around Seoul is pretty easy. The apartment is cosy, warm and clean. Due to short duration of this stop we only managed to see the palace and the museum next door. Experience all you can eat Korean BBQ, fired chicken, Myeongdong Market and too much shopping as the kids were pretty much burnt out by the few weeks in Japan beforehand. Communications are good and would 100% come back to this apartment when I’m next in Seoul.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by locals and nice cafés. Anna was incredibly kind and helpful—she assisted us with everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time in Seoul and can’t wait to come back!🤍
