Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Relax and unwind in this stylish guest house with spacious sauna. The guesthouse is surrounded by a private garden with a private parking space. You have the complete guest house at your disposal with a spacious garden and where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the sun. Ultimate enjoyment, relaxation and recovery can be done with us! The location is ideal for excursions. The center of Schagen is 250 meters away by foot, the beach is 10 minutes away by car or 25 minutes away by bike.

Apartment 'Zeeblick'

Relax and unwind in this stylish space with kitchen, lovely king-size bed, beautiful bathroom, lounge sofa, sunny balcony and the beach just a stone's throw away. Accessible via large spiral staircase. For people with mobility problems, therefore, a little more difficult to reach. A baby cot can be booked as an option. Bedding and kitchen towel + tea towel are provided as standard. Towels can be ordered as an option (€7.50 per set). Tourist tax (€2.25 per person per day) is included.

Cozy rural holiday home near the beach & dunes

Our two newly built Oersterck holiday homes are situated in a peaceful location among the flower bulb fields, just 1 km from the sea, the beach and the Schoorlse Duinen nature reserve. Here you can really relax. Enjoy long walks on the beach and in the woods, make the most of the space around the house, and relax on your own terraces at the front and rear. Each house can accommodate 5 people. Extra relaxed? The wood-fired hot tub can be booked optionally (at an additional cost).

Tiny in Church House Garden

Unique accommodation in the garden of an old church. The Tiny house is small in size but large in living space! Relax on the terrace or in the forest garden. Dream away in the hot tub (optional €45 first day/€25 next days, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows. (Breakfast optional €15,- pp) Your booking is also a contribution to the renovation & conversion of this beautiful monument. Thank you!

Between the dike and the sea

Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. You can use the garden and canopy of the hostess during your stay. See the photos for a complete overview.

Enjoy "A little sea time"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.

Completely new modern, luxury Lodge with sauna. Enjoy the tranquility and space from the living room and the terrace with unobstructed view of the mill. Relax in your private sauna and cool off outside on the terrace. Incl. use of bath towels and bathrobes. Within walking distance, you can order food from the Restaurant de Molenschuur. The Lodge is close to the center of Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Also enjoy walking in the dunes in Schoorl.

Petten by the Sea, Dunes & Forest

On just a stone’s throw from the beach, you will find this wonderful apartment. You can walk to the beach in about 8 minutes via paths through the dunes. Nice cities like Alkmaar and Schagen are shortby. The beautiful biking paths of the dunes of Schoorl and Bergen are reachable by bike. We moved into this new home in the spring of 2025, and opened the Airbnb in June 2025. There are plenty of towels and bed linnen for you to use.
