The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
